I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, but I was disappointed in the poor customer service. The service was a bit of a hit or miss: friendly staff, but poor customer service. The location was great, right on the ocean and near several restaurants, but I spotted a dead cockroach in the kitchen area. The dining experience was included and featured fresh meat. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
